Final Finish General Contracting
Founded in 2020, Final Finish General Contracting was built from the ground up to serve the Greater Seattle–Tacoma market. We saw a gap: property managers needed a contractor they could actually rely on — one crew that could handle everything from a quick unit clean to a full capital improvement project.
With a background in property management we started with multifamily and never looked back. Over 2,000 units turned later, we've grown into a full-service general contractor serving residential homeowners and commercial property managers alike across King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Thurston counties.
Our team brings over 25 years of combined trade experience across remodeling, flooring, roofing, and property maintenance. We're not a franchise. We're a local crew that takes pride in the finish — because the finish is everything.
